Service Overview
The Service provides automated website analyses and monitoring. Results are informational only and do not replace professional advice. You are responsible for verifying findings and for any decisions you make based on them.
Plans & Billing
We currently offer monthly subscriptions, a lifetime deal, and monthly featured spots. Pricing, limits, and features are shown at checkout and may change for future terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. Payments run through Stripe and are non-refundable once the term starts, except where mandatory consumer law grants additional rights. We may pause or downgrade access for failed payments, fraud, or abuse.
Lifetime Access
"Lifetime" access means you may use the Service for as long as we continue to operate it. We may discontinue the Service if doing so becomes impractical or no longer viable. If that happens, access ends and no refunds or compensation are provided.
Featured Spots
Featured spots are monthly promotional placements. Provide only lawful creatives and links. We may reject or remove a spot at our discretion; unused prepaid periods will be refunded.
Accounts & Security
Keep your details accurate, protect your login, and tell us about unauthorized use. Each account is for one person or organization; reselling or sharing without consent is not allowed.
Acceptable Use
Only analyze domains you control or are authorized to test. Do not bypass security, overload our systems, scrape data, or use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or infringing purposes.
Data & Privacy

Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, branding, and content, remains our exclusive property. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to access it for your own internal business purposes. Termination

You may terminate by cancelling your plan; termination does not relieve you of payment obligations already incurred. Upon termination, your license ends and we may delete data retained in your account after statutory retention periods lapse.
Changes
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version and revising the "Last updated" date. Continued use after the update means you accept the new Terms. If you disagree, stop using the Service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by German law. Mandatory consumer protections of your home jurisdiction remain unaffected.
